Out of Sight (The Beths) – Still my favorite track from The Beths. This song hits such a nice pocket, combining their frenetic New Zealand brand of rock with midwest emo licks and vibes, I’d love to hear more tunes like this from them in the future.
Someone to Love (Atomic Tom) – Great clean production and a lot of bouncing energy on Atomic Tom’s “Someone to Love”.
Topanga Lawrence (Charmer) – Charmer’s raw melodic energetic sound is on full display on this track, and you’re always going to get a shout out when you name your song after the beautiful Danielle Fishel’s most iconic character.
If I Sit Still, Maybe I’ll Get Out of Here (TTNG) – Just the right amount of mathy, Oxford, England’s TTNG’s “If I Sit Still, Maybe I’ll Get Out of Here” has those midwest emo vibes and settles into a nice grove.
